Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item was lost in transit
- You refused the delivery (subject to the conditions below)
How refunds are issued
- Card / bKash / Nagad — back to the original payment method, processed by SSLCommerz
- Cash on delivery — to your bKash number on confirmation
Refund processing usually takes 5–7 business days from the day we approve it.
Partial refunds
If only part of your order is affected, we refund the unit price plus the shipping if it was a single-item order. Multi-item orders are refunded pro-rata.
