Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Ilbas and any orders you place. By placing an order you agree to them.
Order acceptance
An order is offered when you submit it and accepted only when we send a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if the item is out of stock, the price is wrong, fraud is suspected, or we can't deliver to your area — and refund any payment in full.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in BDT and include VAT where applicable. We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but errors happen; we'll let you know before charging if anything's off.
Payment
You can pay by card, bKash, Nagad (via SSLCommerz), or by cash on delivery. COD orders may be confirmed by SMS before shipping. We don't store card details — that's all handled by SSLCommerz.
Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. We aren't liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, or anything else outside our control. Once the courier hands the parcel over to you, the parcel becomes yours.

Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any single order is capped at the order's total value. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes go to the courts in Dhaka.
